To help it change, The Co-operative sought the opinions of its 10 million UK members to shape its proposed new corporate and ethical policies. This integrated nationwide campaign was created using The Co-operative headline box device as a speech bubble. Calling out to members to ‘Have Their Say’ by filling in a questionnaire online. The target was 80,000 completed questionnaires throughout the 3 stage campaign – we achieved this in just 5 days.
